Are your candles handmade?
Yes — every candle is hand-sculpted, poured and finished in small batches. Expect gentle, natural variation in texture and shape from piece to piece; that's part of what makes each one one-of-a-kind.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn time depends on size and shape — mini tealights and single blooms typically burn 3–5 hours, while larger bouquet and jar candles can burn 15+ hours. We'll always be happy to advise on a specific piece over WhatsApp or email.
Can I customize a candle for a specific occasion?
Absolutely. Visit our Customize page to choose a mold, size, fragrance, finish and packaging, or add a personalized note. Custom orders are handmade to order, and we'll confirm final details with you before it ships.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 7-10 days, since every candle is handmade to order. Need it sooner? Choose Fast-Track delivery at checkout for 3-4 days, for an additional ₹49.
How do I place an order?
Add your favorites to the cart, head to checkout, and pay securely online via UPI, card or netbanking — or choose Cash on Delivery. You'll receive an order confirmation right away.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?

How should I store my candle?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight until you're ready to burn it — heat and sunlight can soften the wax and fade its color. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn for a clean, even flame.
