Shipping

Every candle is handmade to order, so please allow a short processing time before your piece ships. Standard delivery takes 7-10 days. Need it sooner? Choose Fast-Track delivery at checkout for 3-4 days for an additional ₹49. Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details on the phone number provided at checkout. For urgent or occasion-specific orders, message us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Care During Transit

Candles are delicate, hand-finished pieces. We pack each order carefully to minimize movement, but wax can be sensitive to heat — if your area is experiencing a heatwave, consider timing your order for cooler weather.

Returns & Exchanges

Because most candles are made specifically for your order, we aren't able to accept returns for change of mind. If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note — an unedited video of you opening the sealed package, taken in one continuous shot, is required for any damage or missing-item claim. Photos alone or edited/cut clips cannot be accepted, since they don't show the package's condition at the moment it was opened. Claims without an unboxing video unfortunately cannot be honoured.
